Physical Standards — PFT & PMT
The Recruitment Rally includes a Physical Fitness Test (PFT) — a 1.6 km run, pull-ups/beam, a 9-feet ditch jump and zig-zag balance — followed by a Physical Measurement Test (PMT) covering height, chest and weight.
